In-house eCommerce management
Commercial and technical ownership of two Magento 2 storefronts, covering the customer journey, product data, marketplaces, tracking and supplier coordination.
About
I'm Aaron Lal, founder and director of Fixed Costs Ltd. For more than 13 years I've built and looked after websites, run online stores and helped businesses sell and operate better online.
That experience spans hands-on development, product data and catalogue work, marketplace listing management, digital marketing and the commercial decisions behind an eCommerce operation. It means I can look at a problem, explain the realistic options and take responsibility for delivering an agreed piece of work.
Fixed Costs Ltd exists because too much digital work is quoted vaguely and billed unpredictably. Here, the scope and price are agreed in writing before anything starts.

How we'd work
One agreed set of deliverables for a fixed fee.
A bounded list of changes to an existing website or workflow.
A defined monthly scope and fee, where required.
Share a little about your website, your goals and what is getting in the way. I'll use that to work out the right scope and next step.
