When you complete the enquiry form, the details you enter are placed into an email that you send from your own email application. That means your enquiry reaches us as an ordinary email containing the name, business, contact details and project description you chose to include.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used to reply to you, discuss your requirements and prepare a scope and price. If you go ahead, it is used to deliver and administer the agreed work. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept while there is an active conversation or project, and afterwards only where there is a genuine business or legal reason to retain it, such as records relating to work carried out.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no reason to keep it. Email hello@fixedcosts.co.uk and your request will be handled. If you are unhappy with the response, you can raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office.
